Use of DS sites is subject to the terms outlined here. Browsing a site and using its contact form constitute agreement to these terms.

Site content

Work shown in DS VideoArt's portfolio and in DS Web's case studies was created by DS, partly with the help of AI tools. Some pieces are illustrative samples only, and are marked as such, until real client work is published.

Commissioning a project

Reaching out via a contact form on any DS site does not constitute a binding commitment from either party. Working terms, pricing, and usage rights for the final deliverable will be set out in a separate agreement between DS and the client before work begins.

Intellectual property

All content on DS sites (text, design, and visual content) is the property of DS unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

These sites and their content are provided "as is." DS does not guarantee that information on the sites, including the DS VideoArt blog, is up to date or accurate at any given moment, since the AI landscape changes quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
